After flowers fade and petals fall off, collect seeds in paper bags or recycled junk mail envelopes
I use separate bags/envelopes for each variety or color and label and date them
Let dry thoroughly before storing, or they will mold
Store in a cool dry place
If there is any chance that mice can get into your house, put all the seeds in a sealed container
Last year a friend lost ALL of her Einstein Squash seeds to mice on her enclosed back porch.
With Morning Glories and Hyacinth Beans, save the seed pods, let them dry until the pods are brittle and seeds are hard, then open the pods.
